The order conditions for new customers apply: During the free trial period, a purchase price refund of €225 will be granted in the event of termination within the trial period if the fully functional player, including all accessories, is returned properly. A usage fee of €79 will be retained. The return costs (insured shipping up to €500) are borne by the customer. The offer can only be used once per customer.
The streaming hardware player is configured individually for the respective customer account before delivery (standard here is DHCP). This configuration fee of € 25.00 is already included in the final price.
If you use fixed IP addresses, we will be happy to configure them on request for a fee. In this case, please inform us of the IP address immediately by email to support@music2biz.com.
The streaming hardware player LCD can be fully integrated into the MUSIC2BIZ audio player management portal, enabling the central administration of any number of devices at any location worldwide.
The player is delivered by MUSIC2BIZ already pre-configured and is – after connection to the power supply and via LAN cable to the internet – immediately ready for use. The device is connected to the hi-fi system or the ELA system via standard stereo cinch audio cable.
The integrated 1.5 MB offline buffer ensures reliable performance even in the event of internet failures – the player continues to play without interruption in offline mode! In the event of a power failure, the player’s fully autonomous operation ensures that it automatically restarts and continues playing as soon as the power supply is restored.
Centralised online scheduling
Centralised player management can schedule certain actions to be performed at specific times, including ‘get new playlists and tracks’, ‘change music programmes’, ‘play a playlist’, ‘get updates’, ‘shut down’, etc.
Store-and-forward
As an alternative to streaming, music, playlists and task plans can be downloaded. This content is stored on an SDHC memory card (up to 32 GB) in the player. Necessary firmware updates are carried out automatically over the internet at night.
Additional functions: Monitoring & control
Status information about streaming audio players improves the location support of your IT department. The MUSIC2BIZ Audio Player Management offers the possibility to get a detailed status view of each player. It is also possible to send special commands to the player to trigger a specific action.
