On the MUSIC2BIZ homepage click on “Customer Account” in the upper navigation. A submenu will open.

Click on “Customer Login”. The login page will open.

Enter your customer access data in the form fields.

Click on “Login”.

Select music program #

Click on a program button of your choice.

The player page for the music program opens.

Copy Stream URL #

Below the online music player you will find the stream URL.

Select the URL with a double-click.

Select the URL #

Copy the marked URL with Ctrl+C to the clipboard.

Save the stream URLs of the selection #

Open a text file and copy all stream URLs of the music programs you want to play in the VLC player into this text file.

Save the file to your desktop for later.

Start the VLC-Player #

Start the VLC-Player by double-clicking on the link on your desktop.

You can minimize the VLC window, because we do not need the video area.

Just move the VLC window from the bottom of the window to the top with the mouse.

Insert network stream via URL #

Click on “Media” in the VLC menu. A submenu opens. Click here on “Open Network Stream”. An input field will appear…

Paste the stream URL from the cache into the input field with Ctrl+V.

Click Play in the bottom right corner of the input window.

Show the MUSIC2BIZ music programs in the playlist window #

Click on “View” in the VLC menu.

A submenu will appear. Click here on Playlist. A second window opens.

Only the current playlists are displayed in the Playlists window. #

The displayed playlists are only shown for the current VLC player session.

Closing the player will delete the playlists (stream URLs) from this view.

Therefore, save your playlists (stream URLs) permanently before closing the player…

Your playlists are saved permanently when you copy them to the Media Library #

To save your playlists permanently in the VLC player, you need to copy them to the Media Library.

To do this, drag the playlist in the playlist window to the left to the menu item “Media Library” while holding down the left mouse button.

Then click on the menu item “Media Library”.

Create a shortcut in the Autostart folder. #

1. Press the Windows key + R key combination and enter “shell:startup” in the “Open” line.
2. A Windows Explorer window will open with the “Startup” folder of the currently logged on user.

Copy the VLC shortcut to the Autostart folder #

Keep the left mouse button pressed and drag the desktop shortcut of the VLC Player into the Autostart folder.

From now on the VLC-Player starts automatically with the start of the PC. #
