On the MUSIC2BIZ homepage click on “Customer Account” in the upper navigation a submenu will open.
Click on “Customer Login”. The login page will open.

Enter your customer access data in the form fields. Click on “Login”.
Select music program
Go to the player download page:
Click on “Player download” in the top right corner. A new page will open.
Be aware: It is essential that you first switch off any active music streaming. Before using the VLC player, the background music supply by other players or directly from the browser must be stopped, otherwise the streaming of the VLC Player will be blocked by the active other players.
Download player and m3u file(s)
First download the VLC player file that matches your operating system.
Install the VLC player using the procedure prescribed for your operating system. Instructions can be found on the Internet. Then place a link to the VLC Player on your desktop.

You have successfully installed the VLC Player for your operating system and placed the link on your desktop.
Import music programs as m3u file
Depending on the number of music streams you subscribe to, you will find one or more m3u files on the download page. Each file contains all music programs you have access to.
For each area of your business premises or for different business locations you use one m3u file. Each file contains individual unlock codes. Therefore you cannot play the same m3u file on two different VLC players at the same time.
Store m3u playlist file in the Media Library
Save your M3U files in the VLC:
Click on “Media Library” in the left sidebar …
Store the m3u file in the Media Library.
The playlist file is now stored in the Media Library.
To display all music program URLs as a list, now double-click the m3u file in the Media Library.
The stream URLs of your music programs are listed.

Start the individual programs for testing.
After a program is played, the program name is displayed in the Media Library. The programs are now permanently stored and are available in the library even after restarting the VLC player.

Start a specific music program automatically with the VLC player
To start a specific music program automatically with the VLC player, you must set its stream URL as the default stream.
Visit your MUSIC2BIZ customer account. Copy the stream URL of the music program that is to be started automatically to the cache.
Switch back to the VLC Player. Call up the settings for the VLC Player here.
Click on “Tools/Tools” -> select “Settings/Preferences” -> a new page opens…

Set the following check marks:
1. random playback order/play files randomly forever
2. auto start
3. allow only one running instance
Remove the check mark for “Pause on audio communication”. Leave all other settings unchanged.

Add autostart stream
Paste the stream URL from the cache into the field to the right of Default Stream/Standard Stream.
- Click Save.
- Exit the VLC Player.
After restarting the player, the music program will start automatically.
Create a shortcut in the Autostart folder.
To start the VLC Player automatically with your computer, create a shortcut in the Autostart folder. This works like this for example:
Press the key combination Windows key + R and enter “shell:startup” in the “Open” line.
A Windows Explorer window will open with the “Autostart” folder of the currently logged on user.

Keep the left mouse button pressed and drag the desktop shortcut of the VLC Player into the Autostart folder…
