As part of an update to the SONOS app, SONOS has eliminated the TuneIn function “Save external stream URLs” required by our stream URLs.

What currently no longer works with Sonos are the stations saved via the desktop app itself, where you could add our MUSIC2BIZ programs via stream URL. These can no longer be accessed via the TuneIn app under “My radio stations” – at least at the moment – as this function is no longer available after the Sonos app update. We cannot say whether and when SONOS will make this function available in the new app version, as we have no influence on Sonos’ system policy. SONOS support may know more about this. From our side, we can only suggest that you switch to the LISA hardware player, which we fully support and which works reliably. Alternatively, you may find it helpful to use the free VLC player. Some of our customers have switched to streaming our MUSIC2BIZ programs to their existing Sonos speaker system using a WiiM Mini Audio Streamer.
