Is the music really 100% GEMA-free?
Yes. Every track comes with a written release from the artists. As a subscriber you can download your personal GEMA-free confirmation as a PDF at any time and show it during an on-site GEMA inspection.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Our music programs run directly via the browser – a PC, tablet, or smartphone is enough. For continuous operation, we optionally recommend our streaming receiver.
What is the contract term?
Your subscription lasts for 12 months. If you do not cancel at least 4 weeks before it expires, it will automatically renew for another 12 months. You can cancel the free 30-day trial at any time without charge.
Can I test MUSIC2BIZ for free in advance?
Yes, 30 days obligation-free. For individual chain store and enterprise solutions, we arrange the test phase in a personal consultation.
What happens with multiple locations or a very large area?
For branch networks and areas starting from 5,000 qm, we create an individual offer with centralized management for all locations.
Does MUSIC2BIZ also work outside of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland?
Yes. Our solution is used worldwide, and the specially verified legal compliance (GEMA/AKM/SUISA) applies to the DACH region.
