In order for in-store audio players to work correctly on networks with restricted access to inbound/outbound traffic (via a router or when using firewalls), traffic must be allowed on port 80.
In all cases, traffic is initiated (outbound) by the player and uses TCP.
For audio streaming, the domain used depends on the streaming URL. You will find the streaming URLs in your customer account, please also have a look at our tutorial “Using the customer account“.
